This would be THE Jack O'Connell.The hat is covered with intricate copper and ivory embroidery and is decorated with a 5/8” black velvet bow. It is a marked size 22, 4 1/2” tall with a 1 1/2” brim, and measures 22” around the inside edge. Mint condition.
