Now here is a conversation starter! This lovely vintage woemsn  hat is very dramatic, with its crown of fur felt with a basket weave of black satin ribbon. Oh no. That won't be what they remark about! It will be the 16" of feathers sticking straight back out of the hat, following you around like a favorite pet. The ribbon has two tassels dropping from the back, as if it doesn't have enough going on!

No label but looks like it should have had one.
