The Bauer Supreme Matrix JR Hockey Gloves have been specifically designed for Source for Sports and deliver tremendous value in an elite level glove. With key features like the Thermo Max sublimated liner, contoured cuff roll, and Bauer’s patented 2-piece flex thumb, this glove has all the bases covered for the young stars of the game.
External Material
Externally, the Supreme Matrix is covered with a lightweight polyester mesh shell with a PU overlay in high wear areas. This material keeps the glove very lightweight and increases the longevity of the glove.
Finger Design & Backhand Protection
The Bauer Matrix junior glove comes with a traditional Supreme finger design with multi-density and PE (Polyethylene) insert protection throughout the backhand and fingers. This keeps protection lightweight yet remaining protective against slashes or blocked shots. The glove also offers additional protection along the side of the pinky.
Thumb Design
The Supreme Matrix is equipped with Bauer’s patented 2-piece flex lock thumb that will protect your thumbs from impacts and hyperextension. By allowing the glove to bend with your thumb, it does not expose any parts of the thumb while gripping the stick. It also allows you more flexibility, and a greater range of motion in your hand movements.
Cuff Design
The Matrix glove features a contoured cuff roll. This allows the glove to wrap around the wrist seamlessly providing excellent mobility without sacrificing any protection. Bauer has also showcased the 3D molded logo along the cuff to give the glove that wow factor.
Palm Material & Gussets
Internally, the Connekt Palm is constructed with a black microsuede and nash fingertips to prove amazing stick to hand connection.
Liner
The Thermo Max Sublimated liner has been added to the interior of the glove to evaporate moisture and keep the glove as dry as possible.
